We glued the plates on using Gorilla Glue, and following the directions on the Gorilla Glue. We also weighted the plates down evenly and lined up the lego dots- so the kids could connect the legos anywhere on the board. Good luck- I can't wait to hear how it turns out!mylittlegemshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08034643973014904877noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7021317090619793711.post-37012865613245228792011-07-12T13:06:13.500-07:002011-07-12T13:06:13.500-07:00I just found your blog today...your ideas are wond...I just found your blog today...your ideas are wonderful...I have been looking for a Lego table, but the ones I have seen were expensive and very cheaply made...so I think I might make this my first craft project!..I can't wait!...one question...did you glue the Lego boards on a piece of wood and then insert it into the table?..I can't figure out how the glued boards would stay sturdy in the middle without some support underneath??...THANKS!!!xhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18352763697039328254noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7021317090619793711.post-6077930072292995092011-07-07T01:40:22.370-07:002011-07-07T01:40:22.370-07:00Thats a great idea! This table is definitely better than the $100 kind (that are probably made out of plastic, besides). Great idea to put it on wheels so your son can build wherever he wants. :)Erinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15915449639694557015noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7021317090619793711.post-53351493097551021772011-07-05T07:18:22.109-07:002011-07-05T07:18:22.109-07:00Such a creative idea!
