Since we live where we rarely get snow, we made our own with shaving cream and a metal cake pan.
(When I taught school, we often let the children clean their desks with a squirt of shaving cream.)
We filled a pan with some shaving cream and let the cars dig their way out of the snowstorm. It was so much fun, my little guy did not want me to put it away or clean it up :) (The cars all got a good soapy bath from this too!)
