Banana Sour Cream Cake w/ Cream Cheese & Coconut Frosting

This cake is really yummy! My entire family ate it right up! It was loved by everyone!
Banana Sour Cream Cake
1/4 cup butter
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 cup sour cream (I used light)
1 cup banana-mashed
Combine the first 4 ingredients. Mix the dry ingredients, alternating with the sour cream. Add the banana. Bake at 350 for 30 min. in a 9 by13 inch pan. I used two round pans, and it worked perfectly fine! Frost with your favorite cream cheese frosting. Here is mine. Add shredded coconut to the top. Enjoy!!
