Substitutions I made: I did not have enough caramels, so I used some caramel syrup (like you might put on ice cream)WITH the caramels I did have- about 1/2 a bag- and I used fat free sweetened condensed milk instead of whipping cream.

This recipe looks so mouthwateringly irresistible, I can't even stand it!! I am DEFINITELY, DEFINITELY going to be making these, and SOON! I love your great recipes. By the way, the bread sticks this morning were wonderful. My kids loved them!
