Book Review & Give-a-way: The Good Life for Less

A few months ago, I had the opportunity to read and review the book, "The Good Life for Less", by Amy Allen Clark of MomAdvice.com. AND I have a copy to give-a-way to one lucky reader.

The Good Life for Less is full of practical advice any mom can use. She offers ways to save money, recipes, cleaning tips, great ways to celebrate holidays and birthdays, all while on a budget. Several years ago, Amy and her husband found themselves without a job, and bills piling up. She quickly learned how to make a little money go a long way.

While some of the tips in the books were things I was already doing, there were also many other great tips. I especially loved the recipe section, with recipes for homemade spice mixes, homemade croutons, chocolate chip cookie dough dip, slow cooker lemon chicken,  great ideas for left overs, to name just a few.

This book is about thrifty homemaking with heart, creating more meaningful family time, and maximizing every cent. It was inspiring and motivating, and made me see how fun it can be to live on a thrifty budget.

Would you like to win a copy of your own?

Give-a-way ends on THURSDAY, March 6th, at midnight, P.S.T.
Good Luck!
