Pumpkin Flavored Turkey Pancakes

We really enjoy making fun holiday food around here. Our little turkeys enjoy it even more! In fact, this was such a hit yesterday, that my little turkey insisted we have it again today.
To make pumpkin flavored pancakes, We used our regular old Aunt Jemima mix, and made it according to the package directions, but added 1 cup of pumpkin puree, and then another 1/4 cup of the pancake mix. I'll bet if you added some pumpkin pie spice these would taste like pumpkin pie!
We cooked them like we regularly do, shaping them as seen above.
We used candy corns, raisins, bananas cut length-ways, and jam to make them look like turkeys. We topped them with cool whip and jam and/or syrup.
All the little turkeys really loved this at our house!

Those are awesome! I might actually get my kids to eat bananas if they are part of the "turkey" :)
