Seven-layer/Mexican Party Dip (or whatever you want to call it-it tastes good no matter what it's called)
Scrumdilly-do gives an easy way to make a pinata. You can do this one last minute too!
Here is a little history on Cinco de Mayo.
How are you celebrating Cinco de Mayo?
And since I live in Arizona, very close to the border, I just have to say a little bit about this sb1070 that has been in the news lately. I try to keep my politics off this blog completely, so I won't even tell you how I feel about it.
If you have any questions about this new law, please read it. Inform yourself on what it says. It may really surprise you with all the things that have been said in the media.
You can read it here.
Happy Cinco de Mayo!

What fun ideas, Sharla! I had almost forgotten that it was Cinco de Mayo. Kids love a good celebration! I bet yours loved this!
