I don't really like how this cookie looks close up. But oh well... must finish the challenge. These cookies were actually made lowfat- like I always do- but that made them extra gooey! This was a first for "re-making" this particular cookie recipe-which is the "Can't Leave Them Alone Bar Cookies." Anyone for the recipe? I'll try to post it- the low-fat version.

Mmmm! I'd love the recipe! How do you cook everything low-fat? I guess that's a Weight Watchers secret... :)
